Yes, we can! However, not all bags can be customized due to poor heat tolerance. Please check with our staff to ensure the bag can be heat-pressed.  

We also offer name embroidery services on the bags. 

We can source uniforms from every major supplier.

If it's for a team order, you will have a chance to upload it using the order form . For smaller orders, please use the same order form but select 'individual' order and upload your logo. 

Please note that we require all logos to be in a vector file, we can also vectorize it for an additional fee.

No, all online orders are made to order and are considered custom/final sales. This includes any decoration (such as embroidery, engraving, and heat transfer),and sponsor logos, including your association logo.

Most online orders take approximately 2-4 weeks for completion from the date of purchase, however, if it’s the busy season, our decorators are busier, and it can take up to 6-8 weeks. 

Our busy period is from September to December. 

Unless it is a "blank" item, your order is considered custom, whether it's a hat or a jacket with your association's logo. All orders are produced on a made-to-order basis, which means there is a production queue. The length of this queue determines how quickly your order is processed. When there are high order volumes (during the busy season, September to December), it can make the processing time for your order longer.

Usually 1-2 business days within Calgary City limits, 2-4 business days outside Calgary City limits.
